Details on SCOA Email Discussion List

Steve Bliven Steve.Bliven@comcast.net has set up a discussion list through http://list.sailnet.net/read/about/?forum=southerncross . This email discussion list replaces the bulletin board and seems to be a more efficient way to have your questions answered. They maintain the list for free, but will occasionally send a small ad. They will not send out the email addresses to other groups and will screen the list for other advertisements (read "spam").
